To use a body scrub to its fullest it's best to follow these steps below!
Rinse your skin in lukewarm water.
Put a small amount of body scrub in your hand, gently rub it on your skin in small circular motions.
Scrub for no longer than thirty seconds then rinse your skin once again in warm water.
Pat your skin dry and apply moisturizer. If your skin is on the more sensitive side be as gentle as possible.
